Terms and Conditions for Calibre Project
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods and services from Calibre Project, which specializes in DIY kits for disassembling and assembling mechanical watch movements. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to these terms.
Calibre Project is responsible for sales and delivery in accordance with Norwegian consumer legislation.

The person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer."
3. Ordering and Purchase Process
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that we have received your order, but please note that the agreement becomes binding only when you receive a delivery confirmation from us.
4. Price and Payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change the prices of our products without prior notice, but the price at the time of your order will be the one that is invoiced.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or other specified payment solutions.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address you provide at the time of ordering. We aim to deliver within 7-14 business days (in Norway) and 20-30 days (internationally), but delivery times may vary depending on availability and the capacity of the courier.
In the event of delays caused by us, you will be informed as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel the purchase if the delivery time is significantly exceeded.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used in a way that diminishes its value. To use the right of withdrawal, you must fill out a return form and return the item in its original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
7. Complaints
If the product has defects or does not conform to what was agreed upon, you have the right to make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered, no later than two years after the purchase. In the event of a complaint, we will cover shipping costs and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as agreed.
Please note that the product contains delicate and precise components that require particularly careful handling. Damages resulting from improper use or handling are not covered by the warranty.
8. Privacy
We collect and store personal information in accordance with applicable laws. This information is used solely to fulfill our agreement with you and to improve our services. For more information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
In the event of any disputes between the parties, efforts should be made to resolve the matter amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the case may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Consumer Disputes Committee. Norwegian law applies to all purchases made with Calibre Project.
