Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway, using UPS. Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days.
Shipping Options
- UPS Express® — FREE (standard option for most destinations)
- UPS Worldwide Saver® — faster, paid option
- UPS Worldwide Express Plus® — fastest, paid option
📦 Important: Import VAT & Customs Duties for Non-Norwegian Customers
If you're ordering from outside Norway, please read carefully:
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Prices on our website are shown in GBP and exclude UK import VAT (20%).
- UPS will collect UK import VAT and a customs handling fee (typically £8–15) when delivering your package.
- Example: A £240 order will have approximately £48 VAT + £12 handling = ~£60 extra at delivery.
🇪🇺 European Union
- Prices on our website are shown in EUR and exclude local import VAT (varies 17–27% by country).
- UPS will collect import VAT and a customs handling fee (typically €8–15) when delivering your package.
- Example for Germany (19% VAT): A €280 order will have approximately €53 VAT + €12 handling = ~€65 extra at delivery.
🌍 Other International Destinations (US, AU, JP, etc.)
- Local import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply, set by your local customs authority.
- Rates vary widely — contact your local customs office for details if unsure.
🇳🇴 Norway
- All prices include 25% MVA — no additional fees at delivery.
Why we don't include these fees at checkout
Calibre Project AS is registered for Norwegian VAT (MVA) only. To prepay VAT/duties on your behalf in other countries (DDP delivery) would require us to register for tax in each individual country, which isn't currently practical for our size. We're transparent about these fees upfront so there are no surprises.
